KraneShares 100% KWEB Defined Outcome January 2027 ETF (KPRO)

The KraneShares 100% KWEB Defined Outcome January 2027 ETF is a buffer-style fund linked to the KraneShares CSI China Internet ETF (KWEB), which holds Chinese internet and technology companies listed in China, Hong Kong and the United States.

Using options on KWEB, the fund seeks to protect against the full amount of any decline in KWEB over a defined outcome period that ends in January 2027, while allowing participation in gains only up to a predetermined cap. The protection and cap apply to investors who hold shares for the entire period, and someone buying in partway through may experience a different outcome.
