PLUS Korea Manufacturing Core Alliance Index ETF (KMCA)

The PLUS Korea Manufacturing Core Alliance Index ETF (KMCA) is a passively managed fund offered under the PLUS brand of a Korean asset manager. It seeks to track an index of South Korean manufacturing companies.

Based on its name, the index focuses on core Korean manufacturing industries that are central to industrial cooperation between South Korea and its partners, which can include sectors such as shipbuilding, heavy machinery, power equipment, batteries and semiconductors.

The fund provides U.S.-listed access to a basket of Korean industrial companies in a single security, and its returns are affected by both the performance of those stocks and movements in the Korean won against the U.S. dollar.
