Keystone Acquisition Corp. (KEYY)

Keystone Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company, created to raise capital through an initial public offering and then combine with one or more operating businesses through a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition or similar transaction.

The company has no operations of its own. The proceeds of its offering are held in a trust account until a business combination is completed or the shares are redeemed, and its Class A ordinary shares trade on the Nasdaq.
