JBT Marel Corporation is a provider of technology solutions for the food and beverage industry, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. It was formed in 2025 when John Bean Technologies acquired Marel, an Icelandic maker of food processing equipment.

The company designs and manufactures equipment and integrated systems for processing poultry, meat and fish, as well as for fruit and vegetable processing, beverages, dairy, prepared foods and pharmaceutical products. Its offerings include cutting, portioning, freezing, cooking, filling and packaging equipment, along with automation and software.

A large portion of its business comes from recurring aftermarket parts, service and maintenance for its installed base of equipment at food processors around the world.
