IRulya Therapeutics Inc. is a biotechnology company that acquires, develops and aims to commercialize treatments for people with serious and rare diseases. Its lead candidate, eDSP, is in Phase 3 testing for rare neurodegenerative diseases in children. These include A-T, an inherited autosomal recessive disorder that affects the nervous and immune systems and is caused by mutations in the ATM gene.

Its AIDE technology is a combined drug and device platform. It uses an automated process to load a drug into the patient's own red blood cells, and it consists of automated equipment, the RCL, and a sterile single-use treatment kit with medical device kits, syringe kits and process solutions. Formerly Quince Therapeutics, Inc., the company changed its name in October 2026. It was incorporated in 2012 and is based in New Haven, Connecticut.
