Highview Merger Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company, formed to raise capital through an initial public offering and then complete a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition or similar business combination with an operating business.

The company has no business operations of its own. Proceeds from its public offering are held in a trust account until a transaction is completed or the company liquidates, and holders of its Class A ordinary shares generally have the right to redeem their shares in connection with a proposed business combination. The shares trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker HVMC.
