H2O America (HTO)

H2O America is a holding company for regulated water utilities in the United States. The company was formerly known as SJW Group and adopted its current name to reflect its multistate footprint.

Its subsidiaries provide water service, and in some areas wastewater service, to residential, commercial and industrial customers. Operations include San Jose Water in California, Connecticut Water, Maine Water and a Texas water utility serving communities in the area between Austin and San Antonio. Rates are set by state public utility commissions, and the company invests in pipes, treatment and storage infrastructure to maintain and expand its systems.

The company is headquartered in San Jose, California, and its common stock trades on the Nasdaq.
