The Direxion Daily HOOD Bull 2X ETF (HODU) is a leveraged single-stock fund from Direxion that seeks daily investment results of twice (2x) the daily percentage change in the share price of Robinhood Markets, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOOD), the online brokerage and financial services company.

The fund obtains its leveraged exposure mainly through swap agreements and other derivatives referencing Robinhood stock and rebalances daily. Because it targets the 2x multiple for a single day only, returns over longer periods can differ substantially from twice the stock's return, especially in volatile markets.

The fund is intended for short-term trading rather than as a long-term holding.
