Gores Holdings XI, Inc. (GHXI)

Gores Holdings XI, Inc. is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company, formed to complete a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition or similar business combination with one or more operating businesses. It has no operations of its own and holds the proceeds of its initial public offering in a trust account pending a transaction.

The company is sponsored by an affiliate of The Gores Group, the private investment firm founded by Alec Gores. Gores has sponsored a long series of blank-check vehicles under the Gores Holdings name, several of which have merged with companies in industries such as automotive technology, aviation, consumer products and healthcare.

Gores Holdings XI has not limited its search to a specific industry or geography, and it intends to draw on the sponsor's experience in operating and acquiring businesses when evaluating targets. Its Class A ordinary shares trade on Nasdaq.
