Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP (GHI)

Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP buys, holds, sells and manages mortgage revenue bonds (MRBs). These bonds fund the construction and permanent financing of multifamily and student housing as well as commercial properties. It reports four segments: Affordable Multifamily MRB Investments, Seniors and Skilled Nursing MRB Investments, MF Properties, and Market-Rate Joint Venture Investments.

Previously named America First Multifamily Investors, L.P., the partnership changed its name in December 2022. It was incorporated in 1998 and is based in Omaha, Nebraska.

Through its segments it finances affordable housing, senior living and market-rate projects across the United States. It seeks steady returns for investors while supporting the development of quality housing and livable communities. Its investments range from affordable multifamily units to senior care facilities, addressing changing housing needs.
