Horizon International Equity ETF (FRGN)

Horizon International Equity ETF (FRGN) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund from Horizon Investments, launched in December 2025. It provides broad exposure to stocks of companies outside the United States.

The fund holds a diversified portfolio of international equities across developed and emerging markets and supplements it with tactical options overlay strategies, which can be used to manage downside risk or adjust market exposure as conditions change.

As an active fund, it does not replicate an index, and its positioning reflects the managers' views on markets and risk. Horizon Investments is a Charlotte, North Carolina-based asset manager. The fund's holdings include large companies from Europe, Japan, Taiwan and other markets, spread across a wide range of sectors, giving the fund a broad core international equity profile.
