About EUIG

The iShares Euro Investment Grade Corporate Bond USD Hedged ETF (EUIG) is an index fund from BlackRock's iShares family focused on euro-denominated investment-grade corporate debt.

The fund tracks an index of investment-grade bonds issued in euros by corporations across sectors such as financials, industrials and utilities, spanning a range of maturities. It holds the bonds directly and uses currency forwards to hedge euro exposure into U.S. dollars, aiming to strip out most of the impact of exchange-rate movements on returns.

EUIG is passively managed and gives U.S. dollar-based investors a convenient way to diversify their corporate bond holdings into the European investment-grade credit market while keeping returns largely in dollar terms.
