Emera Incorporated is an energy and services company headquartered in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with regulated utility operations in Canada, the United States and the Caribbean.

Its businesses include Tampa Electric, which generates, transmits and distributes electricity in west central Florida. Emera also owns Nova Scotia Power, the main electric utility in that province, and Peoples Gas, a natural gas distribution utility in Florida.
