Everus Construction Group, Inc. is a specialty contracting company that builds, maintains and services infrastructure for commercial, industrial, institutional, utility and transportation customers. Headquartered in Bismarck, North Dakota, it became an independent public company in 2024 when it was spun off from MDU Resources Group.

The company operates through two segments. Electrical and mechanical work covers the design, installation and maintenance of electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection and control systems in buildings such as data centers, hospitals, manufacturing plants and offices. Transmission and distribution work covers construction and maintenance of overhead and underground power lines, substations, utility gas lines and related infrastructure for electric and natural gas utilities.

Everus serves customers across many U.S. states through a network of operating companies and skilled craft workforces.
