DT Cloud Star Acquisition Corporation (DTSQ)

DT Cloud Star Acquisition Corporation is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company, formed to complete a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition or similar business combination with one or more operating businesses. It has no operations of its own and lists its offices in New York.

The company completed its initial public offering on Nasdaq in July 2024, selling units at ten dollars each, and its ordinary shares trade under the ticker DTSQ.

Proceeds from the offering are held in a trust account until the company completes a business combination approved under its governing documents, or until the funds are returned to public shareholders if no transaction is completed within the permitted time.
