It was formerly known as Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. and adopted its current name in June 2026. The company is incorporated in the Cayman Islands, with its U.S. executive offices in Coral Gables, Florida.

Key products include bananas, pineapples, avocados, melons and other tropical fruit, fresh-cut fruit and vegetables, and packaged snacks. Brands include Del Monte, Mann, Broccolini, Caulilini, the pink-fleshed Pinkglow pineapple, Honeyglow and Rubyglow pineapples, UTC, Rosy and Just Juice.

The company grows produce on its own farms and sources from independent growers, and it operates logistics, ripening and distribution facilities serving retailers, wholesalers and foodservice customers in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and other markets.
