DeFi Technologies, Inc. is a Toronto-based financial technology company that connects traditional capital markets with decentralized finance and digital assets. Its shares are listed on Nasdaq under the ticker DEFT as well as in Canada.

Its main business is Valour, a subsidiary that issues exchange-traded products giving investors exposure to bitcoin, ether and a broad range of other digital assets through regulated stock exchanges, primarily in Europe. Some of these products pass staking rewards through to holders.

Other parts of the group include Stillman Digital, a digital asset liquidity and trade execution provider for institutions; DeFi Alpha, an internal trading desk focused on arbitrage opportunities; and Reflexivity Research, which produces research on the digital asset industry. The company also invests in early-stage digital asset ventures.
