Cuprina Holdings (Cayman) Limited is a Singapore-based biomedical company that develops and sells products for treating chronic wounds, such as diabetic foot ulcers and pressure sores. The business was founded in 2019.

Its main commercial product is MEDIFLY, a line of sterile, medical-grade blowfly larvae dressings used for maggot debridement therapy, a biological method of removing dead tissue from wounds to promote healing. Cuprina is also developing collagen-based wound dressings in sponge, particle and hydrogel forms, made from bullfrog collagen recovered from food-processing waste, as well as wound treatments that use medical leeches.
