CoinShares PLC is a European digital asset investment firm headquartered in Saint Helier, Jersey. It builds investment products and financial services based on cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, and its shares are also listed in Stockholm.

The company operates through asset management, capital markets and principal investment activities. Its asset management business issues exchange-traded products that give investors exposure to bitcoin, ether and other digital assets, including the CoinShares Physical and CoinShares XBT product lines, and it expanded into U.S. crypto ETFs through the acquisition of Valkyrie Funds. The capital markets business provides liquidity, trading and staking-related services, while CoinShares also publishes digital asset indices and research.
