Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (CQP)

Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P., headquartered in Houston, Texas, owns and runs, through its subsidiaries, a natural gas liquefaction and export facility at the Sabine Pass LNG terminal in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. The site has regasification facilities with five LNG storage tanks holding about 17 billion cubic feet equivalent in total, two marine berths for ships of up to 266,000 cubic meters, and vaporizers able to regasify about 4 billion cubic feet per day.

The partnership also owns a 94-mile pipeline that connects the terminal to several interstate pipelines. Its operations allow U.S. natural gas to be shipped to overseas markets as LNG. It was formed in 2003, and its general partner is Cheniere Energy Partners GP, LLC.
