CoastalSouth Bancshares, Inc. is the bank holding company for Coastal States Bank and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The bank serves markets in the southeastern United States, including the Savannah area and the South Carolina Lowcountry, and became publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2025.

Coastal States Bank offers checking, savings, money market and certificate of deposit accounts to individuals and businesses, along with treasury management, online and mobile banking. On the lending side, it provides commercial real estate and construction loans, business loans and loans to senior housing operators, as well as residential mortgages, marine vessel loans and consumer loans. Some of its lending is conducted through specialty national lines of business in addition to its local branch markets.
