Chenghe Acquisition III Co. (CHEC)

Chenghe Acquisition III Co. is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company, based in Singapore. It completed its initial public offering on the Nasdaq in September 2025.

The company is associated with the sponsors of earlier Chenghe-branded SPACs and was formed to effect a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition or similar business combination with one or more operating businesses. Until it completes a business combination, it has no operations and holds the proceeds of its offering in a trust account.
