Circle is the issuer of the USDC stablecoin and provides payment and blockchain infrastructure. The fund obtains its leveraged exposure mainly through swap agreements and rebalances daily, so its 2x objective applies to single-day returns only. Over longer holding periods, compounding can cause the fund's performance to differ substantially from twice the return of the underlying stock.
