Calamos CEF Income & Arbitrage ETF (CCEF)

The Calamos CEF Income & Arbitrage ETF (CCEF) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund from Calamos Investments that invests primarily in shares of closed-end funds.

The strategy seeks income and total return by building a diversified portfolio of closed-end funds across asset classes such as equities, fixed income and alternatives, and by trying to take advantage of the discounts and premiums at which closed-end fund shares often trade relative to their net asset values. The managers may also pursue situations such as tender offers, liquidations or activist campaigns that can narrow those discounts. Distributions from the underlying funds are a central part of the fund's income.
