Cerebras Systems Inc. is an artificial intelligence computing company headquartered in Sunnyvale, California. Founded in 2016, it completed its initial public offering on the Nasdaq in 2026.

Cerebras is known for its Wafer-Scale Engine, a processor built from an entire silicon wafer rather than individual chips cut from it, which places a very large number of compute cores and high-bandwidth on-chip memory on a single device. The processor powers the company's CS-series systems, which are designed for training and running large AI models. Cerebras sells these systems to enterprises, research institutions and government customers, builds AI supercomputer clusters, and offers cloud-based access to its hardware, including a high-speed inference service for developers running large language models.
