The Congress Intermediate Bond ETF (CAFX) is an actively managed fixed income fund that invests mainly in investment-grade bonds with intermediate maturities. Its holdings can include U.S. Treasuries, government agency debt, corporate bonds and other high-quality debt securities.

The managers adjust duration, sector allocation and credit exposure based on their own analysis rather than tracking a benchmark index, aiming for current income with a focus on quality.

The fund is sponsored by Congress Asset Management, a Boston-based investment firm, and trades on NYSE Arca.
