Global X Bitcoin Trend Strategy ETF (BTRN)

The Global X Bitcoin Trend Strategy ETF (BTRN) applies a rules-based trend-following approach to bitcoin. Rather than holding bitcoin continuously, it shifts between bitcoin exposure and cash-like investments depending on market signals.

When the strategy's trend indicators are positive, the fund holds bitcoin exposure, primarily through CME-listed bitcoin futures contracts. When trends turn negative, it can rotate partly or fully into U.S. Treasury bills and other short-term instruments, aiming to reduce participation in sustained bitcoin declines.
