BioStem Technologies, Inc. is a U.S. regenerative medicine company that develops, manufactures and sells allografts derived from donated placental tissue. Its products are used mainly in advanced wound care, such as for chronic wounds that are slow to heal.

Its product line is marketed under the Vendaje brand, including amniotic tissue membranes that cover and protect wounds, thicker structural versions for soft tissue repair, and an ocular version used to protect the surface of the eye. It also sells American Amnion branded tissue products. The company processes its tissue using its own proprietary method and is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
