B&R Technology Merger Corp. (BRTM)

B&R Technology Merger Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company, formed to effect a merger or similar business combination with one or more operating businesses. It has no operating business of its own.

The company was incorporated in 2025 and completed its initial public offering on Nasdaq in July 2026. It is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and its name indicates an interest in technology businesses, though it has not committed to a specific target.

As is typical for a SPAC, the proceeds of its initial public offering are held in a trust account until a business combination is completed. Public shareholders may redeem their shares for a pro rata portion of the trust in connection with a proposed deal, and if no combination is completed within the allotted time, the trust is liquidated and the funds are returned to shareholders.
