Bluerock Private Real Estate Fund (BPRE)

Bluerock Private Real Estate Fund is a closed-end fund that seeks to deliver consistent current income along with long-term capital appreciation. It is the former Bluerock Total Income+ Real Estate Fund, which originally operated as a non-traded interval fund before listing its shares on the New York Stock Exchange.

The fund gives investors access to private institutional real estate, primarily by investing in private real estate funds managed by large institutional managers, which hold diversified portfolios of properties such as industrial, residential, office and retail assets. It may also hold publicly traded real estate securities and real estate debt. The fund is sponsored by Bluerock and is based in New York.
