U.S. Big Banks Index -3X Inverse Leveraged ETN (BNKD) and MicroSectors
U.S. Big Banks Index 3X Leveraged ETN (BNKU) are two exchange-traded
notes (ETNs) issued by Bank of Montreal (BMO).
BNKD is designed
to provide investors with three times the inverse performance of the
Solactive MicroSectors U.S. Big Banks Index on a daily basis, while
BNKU is designed to provide investors with three times the daily
performance of the same index.
The Solactive MicroSectors U.S.
Big Banks Index includes 10 of the largest U.S. banks, selected based
on market capitalization and liquidity. The index is designed to
provide exposure to the banking sector, which includes commercial
banks, savings institutions, and diversified financial services
companies.
