Black Spade Acquisition III Co is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company. It has no operating business and was formed to complete a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses or assets.

The company was incorporated in 2025 and is based in Hong Kong. It is the third blank-check vehicle sponsored by the Black Spade group, whose earlier SPACs completed combinations with operating companies. Its public description does not restrict its search to a single industry or region.
