Leverage Shares 2X Long ASTS Daily ETF (ASTG)

The Leverage Shares 2X Long ASTS Daily ETF (ASTG) is a leveraged single-stock fund from Leverage Shares. It seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of two times (200%) the daily percentage change in the share price of AST SpaceMobile, Inc.

AST SpaceMobile, based in Midland, Texas, is building a space-based cellular broadband network of large satellites designed to connect directly with standard, unmodified mobile phones, working in partnership with mobile network operators. The fund uses swap agreements to gain leveraged exposure.

Because the fund resets its 2x leverage daily, its performance over longer periods can differ meaningfully from twice AST SpaceMobile's return.
