Accelerant Holdings is a specialty insurance company that operates a risk exchange connecting specialty underwriters with insurance capital. Its network of underwriting partners, often called managing general agents, writes policies for small and mid-sized commercial customers, while Accelerant provides the insurance paper, data and technology and places the risk with reinsurers and other capital providers.

Accelerant completed its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange in 2025.
