AllianzIM International Equity Buffer15 Uncapped Apr ETF (ARLI)

The AllianzIM International Equity Buffer15 Uncapped Apr ETF (ARLI) is a defined outcome fund from Allianz Investment Management. It seeks to provide exposure to international developed-market equities, represented by the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, while buffering the first 15% of losses over a one-year outcome period beginning in April.

Unlike capped buffer funds, this uncapped design does not impose a fixed ceiling on gains. Instead, the fund participates in a portion of the upside of the reference ETF through a participation rate set at the start of each outcome period. The strategy is built with FLEX options.

The buffer and participation terms apply to investors holding for the full outcome period, after which they reset.
