Tradr 2X Short AMZN Daily ETF (AMZO)

The Tradr 2X Short AMZN Daily ETF (AMZO) is an inverse leveraged single-stock fund from Tradr ETFs. It seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, equal to minus two times (-200%) the daily percentage change in the share price of Amazon.com, Inc.

In practice, the fund is designed to rise when Amazon shares fall on a given day and to fall when they rise, at roughly twice the magnitude. It uses derivatives such as swap agreements to establish its short exposure and holds cash and Treasury instruments as collateral.

Because the -2x objective resets daily, the fund's returns over periods longer than one day can differ greatly from twice the inverse of Amazon's return over that period. Amazon operates e-commerce, cloud computing and advertising businesses.
