Amentum Holdings, Inc. is a government services contractor that provides engineering, technology and mission support to the U.S. government and allied governments. Its work spans digital modernization, intelligence and cyber, space and defense systems, environmental remediation, nuclear site management, and the maintenance and sustainment of military equipment and facilities.

Major customers include the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, NASA, intelligence agencies and international government clients such as the United Kingdom and Australia.

Amentum became a standalone public company in 2024 when it combined with the Critical Mission Solutions and Cyber and Intelligence businesses spun off from Jacobs. The company is headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia, and its common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange.
