Ambipar Emergency Response (AMBIQ)

Ambipar Emergency Response offers environmental, emergency response and industrial field services in Brazil and other countries. It responds to accidents involving hazardous and non-hazardous chemical and non-chemical products and waste, as well as natural disasters. Its field services include cleaning tanks, silos, vessels and containers, removing asbestos, transporting and disposing of waste, remediating soil, and handling turnarounds and decommissioning.

It also manages and responds to biological emergencies such as epidemics and pandemics, consults on accident prevention and environmental licensing, and trains clients to prevent, fight and clean up emergencies. The company is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and is a subsidiary of Ambipar Participações e Empreendimentos S.A. On October 20, 2025, it filed a voluntary Chapter 11 reorganization petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
