Alpex Acquisition Corporation (ALPX)

Alpex Acquisition Corporation is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank check company, formed to complete a merger, share exchange or similar business combination with one or more operating businesses. It has no operations of its own and holds its offering proceeds in trust pending a transaction.

The company has said it intends to look at businesses in digital entertainment, interactive media, e-commerce ecosystems and emerging technologies such as AI-driven applications and smart hardware. It is led by chief executive Xiaolin Zheng, and its Class A ordinary shares trade on Nasdaq following its 2026 initial public offering.
