Calisa Acquisition Corp (ALIS)

Calisa Acquisition Corp is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank check company, formed to complete a merger or similar business combination with an operating business. It has no operations of its own and holds the proceeds of its initial public offering in trust pending a transaction.

The company said it would initially focus on target businesses in Asia with attractive economics and a clear path to positive operating cash flow. Calisa has entered into a proposed business combination with GoodVision AI, which would take that company public if completed. Calisa is based in New York and its ordinary shares trade on Nasdaq.
