AH Realty Trust, Inc. is a real estate investment trust that owns and operates commercial properties, primarily retail centers and office buildings, located mainly in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States. Its holdings include grocery-anchored and mixed-use retail properties and office space in urban and suburban mixed-use developments.

The company earns rental income from tenants under leases and, as a REIT, distributes most of its taxable income to shareholders. It has historically also been involved in developing mixed-use communities, providing general contracting services and offering real estate financing to developers.

AH Realty Trust was formerly known as Armada Hoffler Properties. It is headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and its common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange.
