Abundia Global Impact Group Inc. is a renewable fuels and chemicals company focused on converting waste plastics and other waste materials into low-carbon products. Its technology uses a pyrolysis process to break down plastic waste into drop-in fuels, sustainable aviation fuel and recycled chemical feedstocks that can replace fossil-based inputs.

Abundia Global Impact Group was formerly Houston American Energy Corp., a small oil and gas company, which acquired the Abundia business in 2025 and then adopted its name. The company is based in Houston, Texas, and its common stock trades on NYSE American.
