American Bitcoin Corp. (ABTC)

American Bitcoin Corp. is a bitcoin mining and accumulation company. It operates mining machines that validate transactions on the Bitcoin network in exchange for newly issued bitcoin, and it seeks to build a bitcoin reserve by combining mined production with purchases of the asset.

The company was formed with backing from Hut 8, which contributed mining equipment and holds a majority stake, together with a group of investors that includes Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. Hut 8 also provides infrastructure and operating services for the company's mining fleet. American Bitcoin became publicly traded on Nasdaq in 2025 through a merger with Gryphon Digital Mining, and it is based in Miami, Florida.
