MS US Mid-Cap Core Responsible Index ETF logo The MS US Mid-Cap Core Responsible Index ETF (CVMC) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the performance of the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) USA Mid Cap Diversified Multiple-Factor Select Index. The index is designed to reflect the performance of mid-cap U.S. companies that have a positive exposure to a combination of value, quality, low volatility, and momentum factors, while also adhering to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria.

As of September 2021, the CVMC ETF had a total net asset value of approximately $138 million and consisted of 156 holdings. The ETF is heavily weighted in the financials sector, which makes up over 25% of the fund's total assets. Other top sectors in the fund include healthcare, information technology, and industrials.

The CVMC ETF seeks to provide investors with exposure to a diversified portfolio of mid-cap U.S. companies that have been selected based on their positive exposure to multiple factors, including value, quality, low volatility, and momentum. By adhering to ESG criteria, the ETF aims to provide investors with access to companies that have strong ESG practices.
