AR Capital Acquisition Corp. (AUMA) had a unit consisting of one share of common stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol AUMAU. The common stock and warrants comprising the units began trading separately on March 2, 2021.
Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of AUMA common stock at a price of $11.50 per share. The warrants are exercisable only for a whole number of shares of common stock and will expire five years from the date of their issuance, unless AUMA extends the exercise period.
