VelocityShares Equal Risk Weighted Large Cap ETF (ERW) is an
exchange-traded fund that tracks the performance of the VelocityShares
Equal Risk Weighted Large Cap Index. This index is designed to provide
exposure to U.S. large-cap stocks, with a focus on equal risk
weighting.
ERW seeks to provide investors with a way to gain
exposure to a diversified portfolio of large-cap U.S. equities, while
mitigating the risks associated with market capitalization-weighted
indices. The index underlying ERW uses a proprietary methodology that
considers each stock's volatility and correlation with other stocks in
the portfolio to determine its weighting.
