 The
ERShares Non-US Small Cap ETF (ERSX) is an exchange-traded fund that
seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the price and
yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Entrepreneur
Non-U.S. Small Cap Index. The fund is managed by EntrepreneurShares
LLC and was launched on November 7, 2017.
The Entrepreneur
Non-U.S. Small Cap Index tracks the performance of 50 publicly traded
non-U.S. small-cap companies with market capitalizations between $300
million and $5 billion. The index is designed to capture the
performance of entrepreneurial companies outside the United States
that exhibit high growth, profitability, and momentum characteristics.
ERSX invests primarily in common stocks of non-U.S. companies
included in the index, but may also invest in American depositary
receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs) of such
companies. The fund may also invest in futures contracts, options on
futures contracts, swaps, and other derivatives.
As of March
23, 2023, the top sectors in ERSX are Information Technology (33.3%),
Health Care (20.2%), and Industrials (11.9%). The top three countries
represented in the fund are Taiwan (30.6%), India (13.4%), and China
(11.8%). The fund has an expense ratio of 0.75%.
