IQ Engender Equality ETF logoThe IQ Engender Equality ETF (EQUL) is an exchange-traded fund that tracks the performance of companies that prioritize gender diversity and promote gender equality. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index, which is designed to measure the performance of companies committed to gender equality.

EQUL was launched by IndexIQ in March 2018 and has an expense ratio of 0.25%. The fund invests primarily in large-cap U.S. companies and aims to invest in companies that have a strong commitment to gender diversity and equality in the workplace, as well as those that have demonstrated progress in these areas.

As of March 2023, the top holdings of EQUL include companies such as Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Procter & Gamble, and Alphabet (Google), among others. The fund has over $50 million in assets under management and is traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
