(DCF) is a closed-end management investment company that primarily invests in global credit and other fixed-income markets. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in a diversified portfolio of senior loans, second lien loans, and other fixed-income instruments issued by corporations, partnerships, and other business entities in various industries.
