CNV Profile

Cnova N.V. logo

Cnova N.V. (CNV) was a publicly-traded e-commerce company based in the Netherlands. The company was founded in 2014 as a spin-off from the French retailer Groupe Casino and operated a portfolio of online retail businesses across several countries, including Brazil, France, Colombia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Cnova's retail websites offered a range of products, including consumer electronics, home appliances, fashion, beauty, and food. The company's e-commerce platforms were designed to provide customers with a convenient and reliable shopping experience, with features such as easy-to-use interfaces, secure payment options, and fast and reliable delivery.

In 2019, Cnova was acquired by Via Varejo, a Brazilian retailer, and subsequently delisted from the NASDAQ stock exchange. Following the acquisition, the company became a privately-held company.

Cnova no longer existed as an independent publicly-traded company, and its former stock symbol (CNV) was no longer in use. However, it's worth noting that the stock market can be volatile, and the current status of any company's stock may have changed since my cutoff date.
